The work
You already have experience, ideas, skills or something you have begun building. What you need is the clarity, capacity, leadership and structure to stop circling the vision and begin creating it intentionally.
Her Vision helps women move from scattered direction and unstable momentum into grounded leadership and a body of work with enough structure to exist outside of their imagination.

The four month journey
We begin beneath the strategy: with the patterns, identities and nervous system responses shaping how you relate to visibility, money, responsibility and growth.
We separate genuine desire from trends, pressure and other people’s models, then give language and direction to the work you cannot stop thinking about.
Your vision becomes tangible through a clear offer, project or gathering, together with the boundaries, pricing, systems and practical decisions needed to sustain it.
We develop the words, visibility and grounded plan that allow other people to understand your work, enter it and say yes.
What you leave with
You do not leave inspired but uncertain about what to do next.

Her Vision is guided by the seven part Sacred Impact framework: Regulation, Identity, Desire, Vision, Leadership, Structure and Expression.
The method supports you in becoming regulated enough to hear yourself, secure enough to trust what you hear, courageous enough to build it, and capable enough to hold what happens when other people say yes.

Two focused group sessions each month.

Your mentor
I know how to listen beneath the idea, and I know what it takes to make the idea real.
My work draws from a background in psychology and clinical hypnotherapy, 10 years of entrepreneurship, retreat leadership, training, experience design and community building.
Since beginning this work in 2016, I have hosted more than 25 retreats, 150 events and 10 trainings, while helping more than 30 entrepreneurs with their businesses. I understand the inner work of identity and visibility, but I also understand pricing, timelines, logistics, people, pressure and weather.
My role is not to mold you into my version of success. It is to help you become clear enough to recognize your work, steady enough to trust it, and capable enough to lead it.
