01 / A living body of workFor women who create + lead

Sacred
Impact.

A body of work for women who are here to create, lead, and bring meaningful work into the world.

The work begins
before the strategy.

Your nervous system has to have the capacity to hold what you’re asking your life to give you.

Can you hold the visibility?

Can you receive the money?

Can you trust your own desire?

Can you lead it once people say yes?

Before someone can build the retreat, launch the business, lead the gathering, create the offering, or bring a vision into the world, she has to have the internal capacity to hold what she is asking for.

Inner capacity.
Outer form.

Sacred Impact explores both the inner capacity and outer skills required to create meaningful work and actually sustain it.

01

Regulation

Can I hold it?

The nervous system capacity for visibility, uncertainty, money, responsibility, conflict, growth and success.

02

Identity

Am I allowed to have it?

The stories beneath worthiness, receiving, credibility, comparison, failure and what you believe is possible.

03

Desire

What do I actually want?

Getting underneath trends, algorithms and other people’s models to hear what is genuinely alive within you.

04

Vision

What am I here to create?

Giving form to the ideas, experiences and work you cannot stop thinking about.

05

Leadership

Can I lead it?

Making decisions, holding boundaries, communicating clearly and remaining grounded while leading others.

06

Structure

Can I build the container?

Money, pricing, systems, logistics, teams and execution. The architecture that lets a vision become real.

07

Expression

Can I let people see it?

Messaging, storytelling, visibility, selling and inviting people into the world you’ve created.

Strategy is not the beginning.

Sacred Impact lives at the intersection of inner work, creative leadership and practical business structure.

It is not simply business coaching, and it is not a program about how to run retreats. Retreats, gatherings, businesses, workshops, creative projects and community experiences are possible expressions of something deeper.

The real work is becoming regulated enough to hear yourself, secure enough to trust what you hear, courageous enough to build it, and capable enough to hold what happens when other people say yes.

BUILD THE THING YOU CANNOT STOP THINKING ABOUT.

What could
become real?

This work is not loyal to one format. It supports the translation of a living idea into a structure that can hold people, purpose and possibility.

“This work goes beyond surface level spirituality. Andrea holds space that invites real transformation, not bypassing, not performance, but honest integration. If you’re ready to meet yourself fully, she can guide you there.”
Kristin Wolf
“I’ve done spiritual work before, but this was different. It felt grounding, real, and lasting. I left with clarity and a deeper sense of myself, not just inspired, but integrated.”
Rachel North
“Working with Andrea helped me process old patterns and find peace in my body and mind. Every time I leave a session, I feel clearer and more aligned. This work is true self care, the kind that actually changes your life.”
Ann Lopez
“Working with Andrea is a refreshing gift. She is good at her craft, and I’ve seen the changes I was hoping for in myself. Her method is gentle and her outcomes are powerful. I highly recommend working with her.”
